The latest installment in the Space Battleship Yamato 3199 anime film series, titled Be Forever Yamato: Rebel 3199, is set to premiere in Japan this Friday. To give fans a taste of what’s to come, the staff has released a video showcasing the first nine minutes of the film.
In addition to this exciting preview, select theaters will be offering a limited edition Blu-ray to moviegoers as a special bonus. For those who can’t make it to the theater, the retail version of the film will be available on Blu-ray and DVD in Japan on January 29, 2025.
