The Law of Ueki manga fans have something to celebrate as Tsubasa Fukuchi is releasing a new one-shot chapter titled “Ueki no Housoku – Exhibition” in Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine’s upcoming issue on December 4. This chapter marks the first new story in 16 years for The Law of Ueki and coincides with the magazine’s 65th anniversary.
Serialized from 2001 to 2004, The Law of Ueki gained popularity and even had a sequel titled The Law of Ueki Plus from 2005 to 2007. The manga was published in North America by Viz Media, and its anime adaptation was released by Geneon Entertainment and Funimation.
Fukuchi’s recent work, Golden Spiral, began in Weekly Shonen Sunday in April 2022 and later moved to Sunday Webry in April 2023. The manga concluded in September 2023, and its final volume was released in November 2023.
