The Tasuketsu anime, based on Taiga Miyakawa’s horror manga, is gearing up for its second part coming this October. To get fans excited, a new key visual has been released along with the announcement of five new cast members joining the project.

The new cast includes Haruki Ishiya as Ikusa Garai, Gakuto Kajiwara as Toya Mutsuki, Sora Tokui as Naito Kato, Yoshiki Nakajima as Yohei Fukami, and Takeo Otsuka as Yoshiaki Hirayama. These additions bring even more talent to the already impressive lineup.

Tatsuo Satō, known for his work on Martian Successor Nadesico, is directing the project and overseeing the scripts. The music for the series will be composed by R.O.N, who has previously worked on FLCL Alternative and The Slime Diaries. Tōru Hamazaki, an experienced episode director for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, is serving as the assistant director.

The main voice cast includes Yūto Uemura, Anna Nagase, Kazuki Ura, Kouki Ohsuzu, Shiori Mikami, Yuki Nakashima, Daisuke Ono, Jun Kasama, Shūta Morishima, KENN, Kenjiro Tsuda, and Yuka Terasaki. These talented individuals will bring the characters to life in this thrilling adaptation.

The original Tasuketsu manga, which debuted in 2013, tells the story of a world where people must make a majority decision at midnight, leading to the death of the minority. Protagonist Saneatsu Narita and his classmates are determined to defeat the Emperor behind this deadly game.
