The Bleach manga is getting a second new rock musical adaptation set to debut in 2025. The musical, titled Rock Musical Bleach ~Arrancar the Final~, will run at the Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo from February 8 to 24 and at the Cool Japan Park Osaka WW Hall in Osaka from March 1 to 9. The musical’s cast includes Rui Kihara as Ichigo Kurosaki, Yuria Satō as Orihime Inoue, Chanhe as Yasutora Sado, Hisanori Satō as Uryū Ishida, Shogo Yamazaki as Shinji Hirako, Miyū Nakano as Hiyori Sarugaki, Masakazu Nemoto as Kisuke Urahara, and Yuki Izawa as Sōsuke Aizen.

The production will be directed and scripted by Akiko Kodama, who also worked on the previous musical. Shu Kanematsu will compose the music for the musical. The first new Rock Musical Bleach stage play, Rock Musical Bleach ~Arrancar the Beginning~, ran earlier in 2024 in Tokyo and Osaka.

In other news, the ongoing anime adaptation of the Bleach manga, titled Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Conflict, premiered in October 2022 and is currently airing. The anime covers the final arc of the manga and will run for four cours with breaks in between. It is available for streaming on various platforms like Hulu and Disney+.
