Masayuki Ozaki, the producer of the popular anime Tiger & Bunny, has recently announced the establishment of a new company called Creadom8. The company will primarily focus on anime production and character creation and has already started its operations.
In a video announcement, Ozaki shared that Creadom8 will initially concentrate on creating short animation films, drawing inspiration from the global trend of short live-action films. The company also has plans to venture into producing TV series and films in the future, with collaborations with both overseas and domestic clients.
To enhance its public relations efforts, Creadom8 has launched “The Anime Channel with Masayuki Ozaki” on YouTube. This channel will provide news updates and feature guest appearances by professionals and creators from the entertainment industry.
Additionally, Ozaki provided an update on the live-action Hollywood film adaptation of Tiger & Bunny, revealing that the rights for the film’s production are now available following the expiration of the last producing partner’s contract during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges, Ozaki expressed his determination to move forward with the production of the live-action film in some capacity in the future.
Fans of Tiger & Bunny can also look forward to the second part of the sequel anime, which premiered on Netflix in October 2022. The original 2011 anime series has already spawned two anime movies, “Tiger & Bunny the Movie: The Beginning” in 2012 and “Tiger & Bunny The Movie -The Rising-” in 2014. North American audiences can enjoy the series, movies, and tie-in manga thanks to Viz Media’s releases.
With the establishment of Creadom8 and the exciting developments in the Tiger & Bunny franchise, anime fans have much to anticipate in the coming months. Stay tuned for more updates from Masayuki Ozaki’s new venture and the world of anime production.
