Aniplex recently announced new cast members for the anime adaptation of Mato Kousaka’s light novel series, “I May Be a Guild Receptionist, But I’ll Solo Any Boss to Clock Out on Time.” During the Aniplex Online Fest stream, it was revealed that Aoi Koga will voice Lululee Ashford, Rikuya Yasuda will voice Lowe Losblender, and Yū Serizawa will voice Laila. Crunchyroll is set to stream the anime in various regions.

The character promotional video for the anime is scheduled to debut on September 21. Originally planned for release this year, the premiere of the anime has been pushed to January 2025. Rie Takahashi will play the protagonist, Alina Clover, and Kentarō Kumagai will voice Jade Scrade.

The anime is being directed by Tsuyoshi Nagasawa at CloverWorks, with Misuzu Chiba handling the series scripts. The character designs are by Yoshihiro Nagata and Shinichi Machida, with animation production cooperation from Sakura Create.

The light novel series follows Alina Clover, a receptionist at the Adventurers Guild who ends up tackling dungeon challenges herself to avoid paperwork. The story revolves around her efforts to keep her monster-fighting activities a secret.

Kousaka’s light novel series debuted in March 2021, and the manga adaptation by Suzu Yūki began serialization in August 2021. Yen Press has licensed both the light novel series and its manga adaptation for English publication.
