The live-action film of the manga “Under Ninja” has unveiled a new trailer featuring the theme song “doppelgänger” by Creepy Nuts. The song’s lyrics were specifically written for the movie, adding a unique touch to the film’s soundtrack. The film is set to premiere in Japanese theaters on January 24, 2025.

The trailer gives viewers a glimpse of the action-packed scenes and introduces the main cast members, including Kento Yamazaki as Kurō Kumogakure and Minami Hamabe as Ayaka Noguchi. The film also features Amane Okayama, Chihiro Yamamoto, Ryūbi Miyase, Ryо̄tarо̄ Sakaguchi, Mitsuru Hirata, Tsuyoshi Muro, Haruka Kinami, Shinobu Hasegawa, and Jirō Satō in various roles.

Yūichi Fukuda, known for his work on live-action adaptations like “Gintama” and “Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku,” is both writing and directing the film. This collaboration marks the third time Yamazaki has starred in Fukuda’s films and the first major project for Hamabe with both Yamazaki and Fukuda.

The “Under Ninja” manga, penned by Kengo Hanazawa, follows the story of a high school student who becomes a modern-day ninja tasked with international assassinations. The manga has already inspired a successful television anime series that premiered in October 2023.

Fans of action-packed films and thrilling storylines can look forward to the release of “Under Ninja” in early 2025. With a talented cast and a captivating theme song by Creepy Nuts, the movie promises to deliver an exciting and immersive ninja experience on the big screen.
