Anime director Takayuki Hirao, known for his work on “Pompo: The Cinéphile,” has teased his next project with concept art at a recent event. The new anime, tentatively titled “Wasted Chef,” is already in production with the original staff from Pompo on board. The film was initially set to release in Japan in 2020 but faced delays due to various reasons, including the COVID-19 pandemic. The team is excited to work together again, with Shingo Adachi returning as the character designer and Kenta Matsukuma composing the music. Fans can look forward to more updates on this highly anticipated project.
