The Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime is gearing up for its 14th episode, set to debut on Sunday with new opening and ending theme songs. The latest trailer has been released, giving fans a preview of what to expect musically.
The trailer features a snippet of the upcoming opening theme song titled “Endless Happy-Ending,” which is performed by THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE. Additionally, the ending theme song, “ties,” will be sung by Emi Noda.
The anime adaptation of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest is being produced by J.C. Staff, with Toshinori Watanabe serving as director. Shinji Ishihara, the director of the original Fairy Tail series, is on board as the chief director, and the scripts are being handled by Atsuhiro Tomioka, a writer from the original Fairy Tail anime.
The voice cast includes Tetsuya Kakihara as Natsu Dragneel, Aya Hirano as Lucy Heartfilia, Yūichi Nakamura as Happy, Sayaka Ōhara as Gray Fullbuster, Satomi Satou as Wendy, and Yui Horie as Charle. However, Itaru Yamamoto will no longer voice Madmole due to a breach of contract.
The sequel manga, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, is a collaboration between Hiro Mashima and Atsuo Ueda, published by Kodansha USA Publishing in America. The story follows Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Erza, and the rest of the Fairy Tail guild as they embark on the challenging “100 Years Quest,” leading them to a mysterious town, new enemies, and a brand new continent to explore.
