Orange Inc. recently announced the addition of new manga releases to its e-bookstore service, emaqi. The service, which launched in the United States and Canada on September 3, features a wide selection of manga from various publishers, with plans to add new titles regularly.

One of the new releases added to emaqi is “Matorism: Case Files of a Narcotics Agent” by Masakazu Suzuki. The manga follows the story of narcotics agents who are dedicated to exposing drug crimes in society. Another new addition is “Millennium Family” by Sho Kasugai, which tells the tale of seven immortal siblings facing challenges from the criminal underworld and military organizations.

In addition to these new releases, emaqi also offers titles like “Match Monde” by Shougo Horiuchi, a story about battles in a city where fighting is a way of life, and “The Vampire Dies in No Time” by Itaru Bonnoki, a comedic take on a vampire hunter’s quest to find missing children.

Orange Inc. has secured translation, publishing, and distribution rights from various publishers to bring these manga titles to its platform. Readers can create a free account on emaqi to access the content, read detailed synopses, and preview sample chapters before making a purchase. The platform offers individual volume purchases as well as subscription options for ongoing series.

The company is also partnering with Shueisha to release one-shot manga from Shonen Jump+ in English, providing readers with new content regularly. With plans to potentially launch a mobile app version of the service in the future, emaqi aims to provide a convenient and accessible platform for manga enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite titles.
