The Beyblade X anime has exciting news for fans as it gears up for a new arc starting on October 18th. The popular anime series will feature new theme songs performed by L’Arc-en-Ciel and Perfume. L’Arc-en-Ciel will be singing the opening theme “You Gotta Run,” while Perfume will treat fans to the new ending theme “Cosmic Treat.”
The anime, which premiered in Japan in October 2023 and later in the U.S. on Disney XD, follows the story of amateur Blader Robin Kazami as he teams up with former champion Jaxon Cross to climb the ranks and challenge the current champ, Khrome Ryugu. With the addition of influencer Multi Nana-iro, the trio forms Team Persona with hopes of going pro and reaching the top.
The Beyblade X project, announced by Takara Tomy in March 2023, marks the “4th generation” of the Beyblade series. The manga adaptation, created by Homura Kawamoto, Hikaru Muno, and Posuka Demizu, launched in June 2023 and has been licensed by Viz Media. Additionally, the Beyblade X: XONE game is set to launch for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in Japan on November 14.
