Attack on Titan Finale Compilation Film Previewed in Full Trailer

The official website for Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK recently released the full trailer and key visual for the film. This movie is a compilation of the final season of the Attack on Titan television anime, known as Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS.

Fans can catch this film in Japanese theaters for a three-week limited engagement starting on November 8. The movie will run for 145 minutes and feature 5.1ch surround sound. It promises to be a “brushed-up” edition of the final season’s two parts. The theme song will be “Nisen-nen… Moshiku wa…. Niman-nen ato no Kimi e” (To You in 2,000… or… 20,000 Years From Now) by Linked Horizon.

For those who have been following the series, Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS parts 1 and 2 were also available for streaming in Japan as episodes 88-94 of Attack on Titan The Final Season. Toonami aired the anime starting January 6.

The first part of the final season aired as a one-hour special in March 2023, with Crunchyroll streaming it as Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1. Hulu also has the anime available for streaming. The second part, known as Shingeki no Kyojin The Final Season Kanketsu-hen Part 2, was broadcast in November 2023.

Attack on Titan has been a fan favorite since the first season premiered in April 2013. The manga, created by Hajime Isayama, concluded in April 2021 after a successful run in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine. The 34 volumes of the manga have been released in English by Kodansha USA Publishing.
