A new trailer, visual, and cast members have been revealed for the upcoming anime adaptation of the light novel series, “Loner Life in Another World.” The trailer showcases the opening theme song “ODD NUMBER” by Yoshino and the ending theme song “Hello to Goodbye” by Kujiragi.

The newly announced cast includes Shouta Hayama as Tanaka, Saori Hayami as Angelica, Aguri Ōnishi as Merielle, Shohei Yamaguchi as Gatek, Atsushi Imaruoka as Ofter, and Tetsu Inada as Guild Boss.

The anime is set to premiere in Japan on October 3 and will be streamed on HIDIVE. The story follows Haruka, the only one in his class who did not receive a “cheat skill” from God during their summoning to another world. Determined to live a solitary life in this new world, he uses his less-than-ideal skills to navigate the challenges he faces.

Directed by Akio Kazumi, the anime is produced by Hayabusa Film and Passione. The series composition is handled by Kenta Ihara, with character design by Keiya Nakano. The art direction is by Takeshi Sekino, and the color design is by Michino Fujiwara and Sakie Suzuki.

The light novel series, written by Shoji Goji, has over 2.8 million copies in circulation and has been adapted into a manga series illustrated by Bibi. Seven Seas has licensed the light novel series for English release.
