The official website for the anime ‘Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku’ has revealed more cast members, a new key visual, and a second promotional video. The anime is set to premiere on October 4 on Tokyo MX and BS Fuji.
New cast members include Shouta Hayama as Tanaka, Saori Hayami as Angelica, Aguri Onishi as Merielle, Shouhei Yamaguchi as Gatek, Atsushi Imaruoka as Ofter, and Tetsu Inada as Guild Boss. Akio Kazumi is directing the anime, with Kenta Ihara handling the series composition, Keiya Nakano designing the characters, and Shuuji Katayama composing the music.
The anime is based on a fantasy adventure light novel by Shouji Goji, which first appeared on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2016. The 14th volume was released on April 25. A manga adaptation by Bibi has been serialized in Comic Gardo since January 2019, with the 19th volume released on the same day.
In addition, Seven Seas Entertainment and Kaiten Books have licensed the light novel and manga in English, respectively. The ninth light novel volume was released on July 9, with the tenth volume scheduled for November 12. The tenth manga volume was released in December 2023.
